Zeeweer provides real-time weather and wave information directly sourced from the monitoring networks of KNMI and Rijkswaterstaat, covering the North Sea, the entire Dutch coastline, the Wadden Islands, and the Zeeland Delta.

The service is complimentary and offers:

• Live weather measurements from your location, sourced from the KNMI measurement station network and the National Water Measurement Network of Rijkswaterstaat.
• The current maritime radio message.
• Warning maps for both coastal waters and the North Sea.
• Detailed GFS analysis maps including forecasts for wind, waves, visibility, and precipitation over the next nine days.

Additional features include:

• Synoptic analysis from KNMI, covering both short-term and long-term forecasts.
• Access to a series of Bracknell, Hirlam, ECMWF, and GME (Deutscher Wetterdienst) maps for personalized analysis.
• Ensemble forecasts and a general 5-day outlook for the Netherlands.
• The KNMI precipitation radar.
